Testimonials

I have been writing to grocery stores such as Safeway, Albertson's, Wal-Mart, Kroger, and Giant about your wonderfull product called Arrive Alive Packaging it is about time someone helped with the quality of flowers and here is the letter being sent out.

Doris

To Whom It May Concern,
I recently purchased a bouquet from your store and noticed that the clerk just handed the bouquet wrapped it in tissue paper. On a recent visit out west I purchased a bouquet from Hy-Vee store and they wrapped the bouquet in foam to hydrate the flowers I had purchased. I thought what a spectacular idea.

After talking with some friends, whom I had given the flowers to, about the hydration. They said "we do not buy our flowers anywhere else because of the quality and performance of their flowers. It does not matter how long it takes for you to get home the flowers are always fresh and last longer than those we have purchased anywhere else."

I went back to the store before leaving to inquire what type of product they were using to hydrate the flowers and they mentioned Arrive Alive Packaging. After doing some research I found the product on U-Tube and a website www.machortsupplies.com. As a suggestion I would like to have our flowers wraped in this product when we purchase the next time.

Woodlands floral has been in business for 14 years and in these current economic times understand more than ever the importance of return customers. We have provided the "arrive alive" product for the past several years. Having this product has definitely increased our repeat business as we hear our customers request the "arrive alive" product be used on their bouquet. The customer appreciate our concern for their purchase and makes our store more desirable. We plan to stay in business for many more years and will continue to provide the "arrive alive" product.

Hello, Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cheryl Loos; I have owned Karl's Flowers & Gifts for the last 24 years. I have worked in the floral industry for 30 years. I live in a small rural community in south Texas. The reason for my letter to you is about a product that I found in a floral trade magazine. The product name is Arrive Alive. The ad was eye catching, so I called the company Mac Technologies for more information and to order the product. You may have heard of this company or you may already use some of their products. They make the Transporter 10 Delivery System.

You can now order the Arrive Alive packaging system from The John Henry Co.I can not express enough the wonderful results that I have gotten using the Arrive Alive packaging. The time, labor and expense of water tubing wrapped floral bouquets has been replaced with this product. We use this product for all of our presentation arm bouquets. Our customers have commented about how well the packaging works and that the flowers seem to last longer. With the bridal styles of hand tied bouquets we can use the Arrive Alive to keep the bouquets hydrated in our coolers and during delivery.

I truly believe that this is the best product introduced to the floral industry since floral foam. The ease of use and results of Arrive Alive are comparable to the replacement of the old fashion floral design method of chicken wire and shredded Styrofoam. If you can remember those days and how things have changed then you need to try this product. Say good bye to those leaky, messy water tubes and discover how great Arrive Alive is and how it can help your business. Im not a salesman or paid representative for this company. I am simply a fellow business person who wants to continue to better the floral industry with knowledge of a great product.I have included an ad and instructions for you.Sincerely, Cheryl Loos

I do not mean to sound like a commercial, but I love your product!!!! I have been a fan of the delivery cubes since I met you at VPFA years ago. But now, the new wet wraps are raging!

I have been excited about the Arrive Alive Packaging sheets since September when I was able to discuss them at SAF's Premier Product Showcase. Since that time, we have utilized them on a daily basis as we get a great deal of walk-in from the university.

Valentine's proved the efficiency as well as the value of the product. In year's past, we have had backed up lines at the counter as the majority of our walk-ins get wrapped product for their "sweeties." We always take this opportunity to up-sell the product and to sell water tubes for their roses so they stay fresh - this year, we were ahead of the game: we had our dozen rose bouquets already wrapped in Arrive Alive Packaging. The customer could pull a bundle of roses, drop them in the green sleeve and we could have them wrapped, registered and out the door within minutes.

In addition, those customers getting assorted wrapped bouquets were assisted just as quickly because of the ease of the wrap versus multiple tubes per bouquet.

Dorie sent me several cases of the sheets last fall and I have been taking samples kits on the road when I travel for FTD seminars - the response is always positive - BUT, there is a downside. The stores want to get the product ASAP and without paying shipping costs (actual delivery versus a hidden cost). Is there a way you can get more of this product on the wholesalers' shelves? I understand they have a reluctance to bring in new product for fear of not moving it. There seems to be a "catch 22" - if the customer doesn't know about it, they won't ask for it - but if it isn't on the shelf, they can't buy it. Once the customer knows about it, however - they will ask for it.

Is it possible to get more of the printed material sent to me for me-or can I give you addresses of my upcoming shows and have items shipped there to assist me in not having to fight with extra packages in the airports.

I wish you the best with this product and look forward to using it for many years.

Sincerely,

My experience with the Arrive Alive product has been very positive. I find that flower bouquets using this system keep longer than those using tubes and are easier to assemble. It makes assembling a mixed presentation bouquet quick, easy, and efficient.

Also, this system accommodates the larger-stemmed blooms, such as callas and sunflowers, which cannot be put in water tubes. Customers very quickly become aware of the benefits of Arrive Alive, and willingly pay the fee for this convenience.

Thank you for offering a great product that has greatly improved not only our flower shop's customer service but our fresh flower quality as well. Arrive Alive Packaging is an amazing innovation for wrapped presentation bouquets.

Our shop is located in a busy, progressive and ecologically minded college town and we do lots of presentation bouquets for formals, banquets, theatre, and recitals of all kinds. Often, people will return the water tubes for us to reuse. We are pleased to take them back and appreciate the effort to cut down on waste but it also adds labor for us to sanitize them. The Arrive Alive eliminates this problem and we are happy to inform our customers that the foam is compostable! Our clientele really feel good about this point. In addition, we spend less time filling water tubes (a chore no one enjoys!) and more time on other projects.

While Arrive Alive will not completely replace water tubes, the foam system is much better in many situations such as;

- - Bouquets with more than 10 stems - it is less bulky, doesn't leak and is more cost effective - - Large stemmed flowers such as Callas, Birds of Paradise and Sunflowers that don't fit into water tubes - - Making bouquets ahead of time during busy seasons. The stems can be left in a vase of water and put into the cooler to be wrapped up when the customer arrives. - - If the recipient of a delivery is not home, we can stand the bouquet in the cooler overnight for next day redelivery - - Wedding work is so much easier to wrap for delivery and there is less chance of wetting the ribbon. - - Lastly, and my favorite, is that I don't get sprayed in the face with water from inserting the stem into the water tubes while the customer stands there and laughs!

Thank you again for an incredible product and for the speedy processing of our orders. We usually receive the delivery of Arrive Alive in 2-3 days of placing an order.

Sincerely,
