“CONGRATULATIONS” Wayne Castleberry, CEO MAC Technologies, LLC had a personal invitation to join his peers at the Michigan Floral Association’s, Great Lakes Floral Expo on March the 6th through the 9th . The Industry Recognition Banquet was held on Saturday evening March 7, 2009 in the Pantlind Ballroom at the beautiful Amway Grand Plaza Hotel adjacent to the DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Wayne Castleberry was awarded the National Service Award in recognition and appreciation of the unselfish labor and achievement for the advancement of the floral industry the Michigan floral Association named him for 2009 First Among His Peers. Wayne Castleberry was awarded “the second, Certified Florist, Professional Certification Manual” that came off the press. This was given to Wayne for his unselfish labor in writing the Section on Delivery Service, Making It Pay. The book was signed by all of his peers. Plus, the book will make a difference in educating future florists in market segments to better understanding the floral business and how to make a profit.
